Invigorating: Activity & Nature
Vorarlberg is woven with some 1,500km of uniformly marked mountain bike trails. Safety, nature conservation and attractiveness were the prime concerns in route design. On each trail, mountain bikers can get a sense of the landscape and of the way people live in Vorarlberg.
Starting in the towns and villages, the mountain bike trails take cyclists across gently undulating landscapes, heading to high-lying alps and lofty summits. Numerous wayside inns and lodges beckon visitors to stop for a bite and a rest. There are trails suitable for beginners, for advanced-level and proficient mountain bikers.
